While figuring out where to have the Mira dry treatment done I called a couple places in Bellevue and took notes during those calls. I spoke with Celeste on the phone to inquire about the treatment, when I asked about pricing I was told it was $1,200 for the first treatment and that included the consult and $800 for the second treatment if needed. I immediately booked the soonest consultation and treatment because I was super excited to do this for myself as a birthday present. I just had my telehealth visit before treatment where I was suddenly informed that the first treatment alone would be $2100. Feels like a total bait and switch without any reasoning for price change or explanation. Obviously I don’t know if that was intentional or not but it was super unprofessional to have given me a price and then go back on it. Either this place is scammy or the front desk needs a lot of extra training to figure out how to see the pricing on their treatments. Super disappointing experience, especially because had I known it was going to cost that much I would’ve just booked a clinic that had sooner availability rather than waiting as long as I did. They said they would call me back, and never did. Instead they texted an insulting offer of $300 discount and a MAIL IN REBATE, I tried reaching out to call and the doctor was apparently in a meeting (even though it seems like she just sent me a text) feels like they’re totally dodging me. Their phones also say the lines are recorded and AI takes notes so I’d love for them to go back to our original call and listen to Celeste tell me the WRONG pricing TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. Oh and to top it all off they’re saying that the phone call consultation is going to cost $100 if I don’t do the procedure with them, which is INSANE considering I would’ve never even booked them if they were honest in the first place. I would’ve gone somewhere that could’ve gotten me in the same week. Super unprofessional place.
